Abstract

The article presents the key role of Academician Hanna Skrypnyk, Director of the M.T. Rylsky Institute of Art History, Folklore and Ethnology of the NAS of Ukraine, in the development of Polish-Ukrainian scientific cooperation. In modern Ukrainian humanities, special strategic importance has always been attached to cooperation with the Polish elite, where scientists occupy an important place. The article examines the traditions and current state of Ukrainian-Polish scientific dialogue, joint publications, projects, and the organization of scientific conferences. A separate section is devoted to cooperation with the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the University of Warsaw.
